Top Dog & Co. is an organization shared by Debra Sharpe and Paddy Vargas.

Debra Sharpe has been in the staffing and recruitment industry for close to two decades, in both recruitment and account management. Having developed a strong interest in client interaction and business development from the earliest days of her career, Debra transitioned into project and account management across global business units and focused on developing solutions on a wide scale.

What you might not know about Debra: When she’s not busy managing Creative Niche’s Ottawa operations, Debra spends her days gardening or donating time to one of her favourite charities that assists in the rehabilitation of rescue dogs.
